How To Cure Yeast Infections

One of the most common ailments that many women get is a yeast infection. They can be very painful and uncomfortable. If you are currently experiencing one right now, you would probably do anything to be able to find relief as soon as possible.

The problem is, sometimes these things hit when you are unable to get to the doctor. You do not want to pay for an emergency room visit for something that can probably be cleared up in the morning with your usual physician.

The problem is you need relief right now.

The best way that you can cure a yeast infection in the shortest amount of time is to use a combination of sea salt and an anti-itch cream such as hydrocortisone. It is easiest to take a very hot bath with an abundant supply of salt mixed into the bathwater.

Doing this for about 15 minutes, you'll start to see that relief you have been seeking for hours.
Once you are done with the salt solution, you will want to apply a solution of vinegar and water to the afflicted area. You will notice a decrease in the itching even more so after this application.

Finally, once the itch has subsided, you will want to apply the hydrocortisone cream as quickly as possible. This will allow you to survive until you can get to the doctor and get the medicine that you need in order to fight this infection.
